I was asked to prepare a hands-on science activity and demonstrate inquiry-based teaching for the interview panel. Then they asked me questions about my teaching style and level of experience talking about different science topics.

Phone interview, followed by in-person interview that is a mix of general interview questions and a practical portion where the applicant must present/teach a science lesson. There is also a 10 question quiz to gauge basic science knowledge.
