I was called by a recruiter and put in touch with the owner of the firm, Tehrrek. I spoke with Tehrrek--"T"--a couple times on the phone and enjoyed the conversations, which were mostly informational and Q&A based. The first interview was conducted by someone on the recruiting team who seemed a bit nervous and disorganized, but subsequent interviews with "T" and Ryan were fun, informative, and casual. After the interviews I was asked to provide licensing information, go through a background check, and take an online assessment.
