I had 2 interviews for this company at two different locations. Both had very confusing and negative results. The first location, Lake Oswego, they didn't even give a call back to inform me if I did or didn't get the position. I emailed them for a follow up and feedback on my interview, they never replied. The second location, Portland, I interviewed for a more front of house position, they told me I didn't get the job because they saw me as a better fit for the Nutrition consulting position and they would call me in when that position became available. Less than 12 hours after receiving that email there was a posting for a Nutrition Consultant at the location I had just interviewed..... I applied to this posting as well for formalities sake and I never got a call back. Both locations showed a HUGE dissatisfaction with the follow through. I'm now thankful to not work for this company because this spoke volumes to how the management treats it's employees.
