Entretien
Very direct, to the point. I like my interviews that way though. They basically want you to know food basics. I had been referred there by a friend (who was training to be a GM for this restaurant). My position that I applied for was the Sous Chef/ Saute Position. I believe that someone with 2 years of kitchen (high volume!!!) experience could qualify for this job.
