It was an Open day in Leeds. First, wait in a long queue then drop cv. After that, recruiters gave a presentation about the company and life in Dubai as well as time for Q&A. Then, results for the application was announced 1h later. The chosen candidates were proceeded to next assessments which was a group activities. Recruiter gave us small cards and each groups discussed it and thought three simple words for the cards then gave presentations about ideas. After the group activity, next chosen candidates participated in next step which was one to one short interview with height+arm reach test. The chosen candidates had final interview next day.
