Initial interview with a local recruitment agency. Once selected to advance, 2 Emirates representative will facilitate a whole day of group activities ,elimination is done per activity. Final interview will be scheduled and will last about 1-2hrs.

Was by applying online and invited to an assessment day and they asked me to introduce myself and they gave each a group a scenario every candidate should explain their point of view.

It wasn’t that bad but also not that good.
I think they live in a state of mind.
I don’t want to repeat it again.
They are weird.

Smooth and consistant, where they gave you number and proceeded to each step with eliminations. It is super important to follow instructions by recruiter, as failing or doing like with "left-hand" might lead to immeadiate elimination.
