I applied online created an online profile at emirates careers.com
My portal got updated from application submited to application recieved then to application completed, thats when I got an invite for assessment day.
Turned up for the assessment day we were about 30 and got first task to present to the recruiter personally for arm reach test whilst the rest were in groups to discuss questions given for groupwork.
After that we were asked to present our tasks and then asked to wait. Successful guys would be called back in. From here I did not proceed.

The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).

They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
