Very smooth, detailed and professional. The entire process consisted of psychometrics, abstract reasoning and panel interview. Also they provided visit of workplace, accommodation, medical center and other office locations. Overall quite satisfying experience

More than 3 months waiting period from applying to interview. Phone interview, 25 minutes (approx), with HR rep and hiring manager. Questions asked were focusing only on one aspect of the job description, the rest did not matter. They asked what salary I am looking for, and I declined to answer. Negative impression overall.
