2 days - presentation, role play and interview to a panel including the business and HR. Process was initially a presentation, then a role play, then a written test for english skills and then a group exercise followed by an interview. Applicants vary greatly in terms of skills and experience, some people selected as fillers as need minimum number to do interview process. All people are flown in if shortlised to Dubai.

Two sections included, the first one is PPT test for some pratical question for sales in the future position while the second section mainly for your previous experience which could show your ability.

Entretien
First Skype interview, then panel interview at Emirates Head Quarters at Dubai. Different tests were also conducted wherein communication skills and presentation skills were tested. It was ensured that the candidate has the problem solving skills and know how to get hob done within strict deadlines. Panel was based on HR, concerned head of departments and psychologist. Several questions have been asked about personality, job knowledge, ambition, work ethics, and future career or professional plan.
