Open day at your local country where 2 or 3 people form the HR team submit you to a series of tests. An English test - a reach test - a group assessment - and a face to face. After each stage, some people go home and some people stay. Those who stay undergo a final group assessment of some roleplay and are told the result 3 - 6 weeks later.
