Entretien
I applied online and was invited to an open interview. There was 8 other people in the interview. We was given questions and scenarios and had to present some information. There was 2 people (myself included) who was invited to the final interview, after the interview there was a 6 week wait when I received the 'golden call'. After that I had to spend 6 weeks getting medical information, vaccinations and tests. I believe the process has changed now, this was 4 years ago.

Entretien
1.Introduce myself in front of everyone (only name, nationality, and service experiences + my favorite destination)
2.Team discussion + Team Presentation in front of everyone.
3.Final Interview
After two or three days, I got a call from the company. But another applicant got a call after two weeks.

2.What is your best quality?
The interview takes place in several stages over two days. The first stage is a presentation of the company, followed by questions. Then there are group activities and individual face-to-face interviews. They also check your height. The next day there is another individual interview with a medical check.
it was done through an agent and the agency was talking more about himself than trying to ease attendee’s nervousness. Not sure what his rule is as outstanding candidates with good communication skills and looks were not shortlisted.
