First round was a group interview about a topic about 10 persons, sitting together and talk about it - please know what you are talking about. Show that you're very cheerful and always smile! Second round was group debate - smaller group, always show a good posture and smile! Final round was 1-1 interview - as the process is very long - please still always smile!
