Applied online and was contacted after 1 year with 4 days notice to show up on the interview.
Interview started with a group presentation to another 100+ candidates who came to the same location. Candidates were broken into small groups and given group activities.
After each activity/test there were eliminations. From 100+ folks 9 were left, including myself.
Personality test was given and we were advised to schedule final interview, which was a 1:1 interview.
Joined the company after 2 months of total process.

They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview

Cv submissions during open day, followed by personal introduction. 50% people were eliminated in that round. Then came height check, then group discussion and the next day was a final personal interview with the panel. Questions asked:

Took couple of rounds in person. English test, group assesment and also online personality test. Great experience, took a few months and joined within 1 year of applying. Personality test took 2hrs
