Entretien
The first round is consists of Business Aptitude which is followed by an online form filling activity. Then followed by two rounds of interview. The company keeps on giving tasks and interview view call even after giving the offer. Finally rejects the candidate and sends email to the college. Makes the candidate get harassed by placement cell of the college. I applied for this company and got the offer. They elongated the process which they never said before, then finally rejected.

Question 1
First round is business aptitude, so all business related question. The second round is on personal drilling, if you say you like IT or from Core background they will reject you. The final round gets really weird.
In the final round questions like what are marriage plans, religious beliefs, and such personal questions are asked, which are pretty awkward to answer.
Written test with a questionnaire contains 50 questions covering wide range of questions - Presentation about a company- Group Technical Interview (need to explain about business terms though you are from different stream) - HR interview
