Very Organized! Lot of communication and very proactive. There were levels of interview. First with video interview just to get to know more about you and such. Second is with the director supervisor or hiring manager Lastly with the executive director. All and all had a good experience and good interactions. When they needed to reschedule they were quick to reschedule for the next interview due to scheduling conflicts.

The interview was in 3 parts. A Phone interview, then a zoom call, then in person interview. After the zoom call I had two design tests. Everyone was very friendly, it made me feel more comfortable during the whole process.
