Call you in for a group interview. They look for unique individuals that smile and engage. You should really get to know other candidates because they test you at the end of the interview. The next time you interview with your immediate boss. Last is a panel interview with food/beverage directors, immediate boss, and one other person possibly. It was a mock service interview.
