I applied in person and was asked to come in for a 1 on 1 interview with the manager. Then I got called in less than a week later to attend a group interview. They gave all of us the task of going through the catalog and choosing an item and how we would sell it to a customer or how we would use it in our own home. They gave us a lot of information on the company and different job opportunities within. I was called 2 days later with a job offer.
