Standard interview process. Recruiter asked very scripted questions. You could tell they were instructed not to deviate. Was very robotic. Their results speak for themselves and they are great operators no doubt. But don’t believe the we want too talent. They are looking for people who will fall in line with their way of doing things. Not change makers and independent thinkers (which are attributes of every top talent). It’s also important to realize how they make money. Which are borderline predatory practices toward their renters. I recommend searching the reviews on BBB. You will be treated well but at what cost.
