I communicated through email with a recruiter a couple of times then they ghosted me. No reasons or explanations given. Their way of handling our encounter was very unprofessional. Seems to have the potential to be a good company.

I made it through 3 rounds - a phone interview with the recruiter, a “personality test” rapid fire interview with someone else and then I did an interview with the district manager. They specifically asked me questions like am I willing to sacrifice my personal life for work and said managers work 6 days a week, they expect them to come in earlier and stay later than scheduled to get the job done, etc.
