I submitted my info, then had a half hour phone call with a recruiter. We scheduled a call with a hiring director a few days later that lasted about 45 minutes. Then was informed of my job status about three days after that. It was well done.

One initial phone screening, a phone interview, and two in-person interviews. The recruiter was helpful and transparent throughout. The environment was friendly and the interviews were challenging enough, but not overwhelmingly so. I am disappointed to not have received an offer as I feel that I am an excellent fit for the company. I would apply and go through the process again.
