I was reached out to by a recruiter, never applied to TCG. The interview process is LONG. Be prepared to move around your schedule daily to interview with them. I went into the interviews with a positive mindset even with all of the negative reviews against them online. They don’t have a very good rep but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Should’ve went with my gut. Went through 4 different interviews only to receive an email saying that they were no longer considering me as a candidate. I responded very politely and asked for feedback regarding my interview. Never heard back. Don’t put people through 4+ interviews and not expect them to want feedback! The questions are easy and extremely repetitive, you’ll feel like a broken record answering them. They apparently don’t talk about each of your interviews until the very end and then make a decision. Be prepared to be strung along and then not hear back, that’s all.

The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview
