J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Connor Group en oct. 2017
Entretien
Was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. Over the duration of 3.5 months I had 5 interviews just missing the cut at 6 interviews and a day on the job (over 8 hours at a property at No pay). The first 3 interviews were over the phone lasting 30 minutes or so with the 2nd interview being more of a personality interview of yes or no questions/answers. The 4th and 5th interviews were conducted at the property which was over 30 miles away on separate days. These interviews are video conferences over a large TV screen. The questions throughout the interview process are all very similar and apparently they don’t share your responses with each other until the very end when they decide collectively if you make it to the final interview. There is a lot of talk about the hours and dedication it takes to be successful at this position. Doesn’t sound like they value work-life balance and based on all the reviews that seems to be a trend. They mentioned a 4 month training process but were not able to share the location of the property that I would be managing which I thought was strange so late in the process. I was disappointed to not hear back from the recruiter regarding the status of my interviews or next steps in the process. After over 3 months and so much time invested it seems very unprofessional not to reach out to a candidate or respond to a call or email.

The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.

First is the initial 15 min call from the recruiter ,next is a 30 min structured interview and this is a call as well, then video interviews could be 1-3 rounds , day in the field which would be on site.
