There are quite a few steps in the interview process. They are very thorough in screening candidates. With that being said, I have been working here for about a month and it is clear why. This company is an incredible fit for some and not so much for others. It makes sense to me now why there were so many interviews because they really wanted to make sure this would be a good fit for me personally.
