The interview consisted of numerous behavioral questions including questions like "give me an example of a time you persuaded someone to do something they didn't want to do" and "Tell me about a time when you waited too long to quit". After the behavioral questions, I was given ten minutes to prepare for a fifteen minute role play situation.
