first phone call by HR assistant to check profile and assess interest;
then interview with HR manager, to screen first draft, and check fit to role;
then interview with line manager to assess competencies, and leadership skills, and for to the role and to the boss and the company culture;
then final check with Mktg director

Entretien
First interview was a panel of hiring managers from marketing and HR. Very well structured interview via Zoom. They loved their work and team and the brand. Unfortunately I couldn’t show enough of enthusiasm as I personally don’t drink coke and I am against a plastic waste. So not an ideal company match for me. Asked lots of very specific marketing case study questions, sharp answers were needed.
