Kind the people and the process serious. Honest and open conversation. All the time the respect for people, brand and product. Great company in terms of opportunities and visibility during the interview process
Phone screening, the recruiter was pretty friendly, the question was not hard and relatively short and simple. Most of them are behaviour questions and not much questions related to technical part supply chain.
