Contacted by the HR folk first and they did the phone screening; I passed that, then my name was referred to the hiring manager; panel interview using the STARS format - ask questions in various aspects, such as leadership, project management, technical skills; and for each area, asked to use the STARS format to provide examples of past experience in that area

There was a 30 minute Recruiter interview, then 30 minutes hiring manager, 1 hour panel & then 30 minute VP. Overall STAR method format. Standard questions. There were 3 people on the panel including hiring manager.

Very structured, they share the interview kit and company profiles with candidate. The panelists are objective. You do 2 interviews before the job offer. I would highly recommend interviewing with them

Straight forward and everyone interviewing is really nice and make the process seems more like a conversation than an interview, where they are open about your doubts and concerns. It was one of most interesting interviews that I have ever participated in and the company is great.
