I had a one on one interview on my university campus first and that consisted of a basic behavioral interview and then a case interview. After that I was invited to travel to Atlanta for second rounds and that was a 2 day event that consisted of another 1:1 interview (behavioral) and then a group presentation on a specific topic.

Entretien
It was great and streamlined process. There were three rounds of interview, one with hiring manager, one with VP of supply chain and one with HR. The entire process took about a months time.

there were 2 panels of 3 people each. the first 3 people worked directly in the department of the opening and the other 3 people were from departments that worked directly or indirectly with the hiring department. the questions were not always related to the job bur you could use outside examples but at the end it is discovered that outside answers were not really wanted.
