Interview with Department Supervisor, going over what the job entailed etc.. Then Interviewed with Department Mgr, went over your feelings about the position. And was there anything that I felt would limit my abilities to complete the job required. Then a brief interview with the plant Mgr. over all I was asked and told. He asked how I felt about the position and asked if I was up for it. Then I was called back by talent acquisitions and given a start date.

Interview went great. Two people running the interview. Very open about what they are looking for. Very intuitive about listening to your previous experiences. Very friendly and welcoming. You are not the only one interviewing on that day. So be prepared to sell yourself.
