1. Applied Online
2. Phone Interview
Almost stumbled over technical skill questions.
3. Company visited my university, so talked to the people working there: seemed nice, laid-back
4. Skype interview with 3 people within Actuarial Department.
However, initially, the phone interview changed from one person emailed me to another person who interviewed me, and had a hostile attitude towards me from the beginning as I later realized that she was jealous of me. Apparently, this person was also the first interviewer in my Skype interview, and did not mind to reveal to me that she got the job at Cincinnati because she knew somebody there. I was surprised in the end when I asked about the next steps and timing (early October), the HR said she would get back to me by Thanksgiving, which is late November (Streching 2 months to get a response meaning: you did not get the job), after I told her the quickest response I will get is within 1 to 2 weeks.

Be sure to prepare yourself of basics if language you list on your resume and some background in statistics. Did not expect that.

30 minute virtual one round interview that was very easy, at least for my department. no phone screen, no second round. general behavioral questions and like 2 questions more specific to my department.

Straightforward, started with an initial phone call, then an initial virtual interview with a hiring manager, finally a secondary interview with department manager(s). Straightforward questions: biggest strength/weakness, elaborate on experiences, etc.

The interview process was very simple. I interviewed with HR and then department managers. They asked the average interview question you would expect to receive. I felt like we were just having a conversation.
