4th interview: direct manager and walkaround office to see whether it was a good fit for me & vice versa

I felt I was pressured to accept the offer afterword. They have a hard time to locate good candidates and to keep them afterword.

Phone interview with recruiter initially to screen out anyone who was not a good candidate. Initial interview by phone with hiring manager. Later a second interview face to face. Standard behavioral based with mix of situational questions. Second interview included hiring manager and peer.
