There was a phone screening, in person interview, ride along, reference check, and final interview with the CEO. The process took about 1 month. The ride along gave a good idea of what the job is like.

It is a drawn out process, took one and a half months before I was offered a position. Many hoops to jump through.

Entretien
Interview is straightforward. You will have to do 3 separate interviews , one being a ride along. If you're an overall good person, you'll be fine. Questions are typical interview questions. Make sure you are okay with people with disabilities.
