The process began with a professional phone call from the company's recruiter that was extremely responsive, diligent, and professional. I then came to the office for a short interview. The manager conducting the interview was very friendly and presented the company well with the time allotted. However, I wish we had more time to ask questions within the 20 minute window of the interview, especially considering the commute I made to the office. After that I was able to go for a day of shadowing. This was an extremely rewarding experience because I got to see how exactly it was like to be a successful manager and sales executive in the field. I find this process to be a lot more rewarding than just looking at a vague job description and hoping for the best. The company was extremely welcoming, I was even invited to go to a social event with them after the interview process. I would definitely recommend interviewing at this company.
