The interview process was quick and straightforward. It took about a week to complete and consisted of two formal interviews, one with the president Krystoff, and one with his co-worker. Seemed like a great fit at first with opportunities to develop professional but I wasn't too crazy about the full-commission framework. Overall I recommend them for anyone who is interested in a sales role with an energetic team.

First interview I was very nervous but I felt better after a friendly front desk was talking to me, I had a brief 20 mins conversation with the CEO Krystoff , he was asking me basic questions then explained for me about the business. I was selected for the second round interview for the next day it started with introducing me to a team leader and I shadowed him for a full day. it was very fun, a chance to meet a lot of people and a great way to step out of your comfort zone which was great ! I went back to the office after a full day the I met the CEO to recap everything.
