It was a very thorough process, which I appreciated. You were vetted first for the basics and then you go through two other skills interviews to ensure you can do the job. If you are a seasoned ID, they are not gotcha interviews, just checking your have the skills to work in a consulting fashion.

The interview was 100% virtual via phone and gotomeeting. I had interviews with 3 people. They were each scheduled within a week of the initial contact. They really dug deep to validate my skills.
