Applied then got a email right after, went in for an interview and I was the only one who fit the buckle look in my opinion, interview went good from what it seemed, current employees came to me and gave me little tips, told I would get a call or email in the next week, I knew it was over by then...don't really understand why the expect you to grow but if you don't have any experience you automatically are disqualified.
On the sales floor with a manager. It was pretty casual. It was the store manager and then another one with her. Pretty standard interview questions where they ask about previous work experience, school, and availability. The interview took about 15 minutes.
