Entretien
First, you apply online and take an ethics test. Then if you pass the ethics test, reguardless of experience, you receive an e-mail asking you to call the store and schedule an interview. On your first interview you are asked why you want to work here, what are goals, greatest achievement. Usually nothing about prior experience unless you worked for a Buckle before. Then on the spot, if they like your personality and looks, (your answers do not have to be intelligent), you are asked to schedule a second interview. On the second its more of the same then they offer you the position. Not hard at all, just have to look good and be out going.

Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Entretien
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
