I applied online and they replied with an email. In that email they asked me to call the store for an interview. I walked into the store and told a sales associate I was there for an interview and he/she contacted the manager or assistant. Waited about 15 minutes and then had the interview on the sales floor. They ask similar questions as any company would.

Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Entretien
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
