J'ai passé un entretien chez The Broad Institute (Cambridge, MA)
Entretien
Overall a good experience with the most intense part of the interview being for the head of the department. After that the rest of the interviews seemed to be more about making sure I was a good fit with the team.

Entretien
4 rounds of interviews (one was 3 hours) and a skills assessment. I was asked for my references and told I was a good fit. I then had to wait two weeks for an automated rejection. Everyone was kind but being given a runaround for 2 weeks only to have an automated rejection felt very cold and inconsiderate of a candidate’s time and their reference’s time which is what turned this into a negative experience

Went thought several rounds of interviews from the hiring manager up to the director of the program I would be working under. I was ultimately never told anything about the position and they just never reached out about it.
