After some back and forth with the hiring manager, we agreed to have me come on-site to interview with the team. At first I thought they were accommodating and willing to see where I could join, but they ended up just wasting my time altogether. I doubt that they hired anybody to fill the role since their expectations were so high, yet offering such a low salary. Maybe be more realistic and value candidates times more. Ended up pivoting you a competitor that recognized my potential.
