A scientist contacted with me via email to set up a phone call interview, after my CV was received.They are very interested in my background and publication. At the end, the interviewer introduced me the project they are working on.

Straight forward question. HR will send a video to candidate to watch before interview, it helps you to understand the company background. I sent an email to ask HR some question about the interview and the HR response question so fast.

Entretien
It was very casual, everyone was supportive and seemed more interested in recruiting me than examining me. I met with everyone in the group including the principal investigator. The whole interview took less than one full day.
