With this company I had two rounds of interviews. I first one was the generic get to know each other scenario. After 2 -3 weeks with no update I received an email asking if I was still interested and I came in again to speak to two employees . They gave me a writing assignment to complete and ask for references. Unfortunately, I was not selected for the positions.

Very quick and easy. I submitted my resume through a reference and was contacted quickly for an interview and then proceeded to a strategic exercise and was hired following. A very personable, "get to know you" approach.
