I was impressed by the thoughtfulness the company seemed to put into its hiring process. They used a personality testing service that I hadn't seen before, and they shared the output with me and discussed the results with me. The interview process was one of the better ones I'd been through. I didn't have enough background for the role, unfortunately. I think I would have enjoyed working here.
