The interview was held over Skype. Normally I am nervous about Skype interviews, due to the unique social construct. But the Borgen Project was terrific! Very laid back, and very fair with their questions.

Entretien
Very quick and easy, and took around thirty minutes. I heard back within a day that I was successful. The interviewer was very nice and the conversation was easy flowing. However, I am not just how real this opportunity is.

The interview was virtual. The email scheduled for a specific time, interviewer was 30 minutes late. Seemed like applicants were scheduled for 6 PM and not given specific time slots. Interviewer seemed in a rush.

I submitted my resume and, after a few days, received a request to complete a "quiz assessment," which I was given 7 days to complete. After submitting the 10 question assessment about the organization, there is a phone interview through Zoom. It lasted for 5 minutes, and it was straightforward and easy.
