Met with multiple people during my in person interview. They ask a lot of questions some related and some unrelated. They grill you to see how you react and it seems to work as I did not get the job.

What is the most difficult thing I have ever dealt with
Very informal and clearly meant to assess personality fit. Next steps included an in person interview and shadow day, again likely to assess vibe and culture fit. No technical recruiting questions asked.
