Initial contact via LinkedIn; 1 phone screening and 1 in-person interview to explore IT Sales professional / Client Services opportunities. The company has outdated technology: 1) Unable to upload pdf files of resumes in database and required a word version 2) Provided printable applications to be filled out manually rather than online. Was over 30 minutes late for our scheduled interview (did not give notice). After an hour-long discussion and next steps to follow up with recommendations, there wasn't a single update since. Thank you calls & reminder emails spread across 2 weeks did nothing; very unprofessional.
