Submitted resume from Monster, was called within a week. Met with the hiring manager, and the Director within a week of receiving the initial call. Background check was conducted, references checked.

Process was very smooth. Offices were very nice, great location, salary and benefits. Employees seem very happy and enjoy working there.
The process went smoothly up until the end. The recruiter, management team and team members were wonderful - candid, respectful, competent and informative. The company mission has a unique position in the healthcare cost containment industry and incredible potential but unfortunately, has a CEO (certainly NOT a leader) who within ten minutes, proved to be unworthy of his leadership role.

I responded to a ad on LinkenIn and was immediately called by a manager who conducted a on the phone interview with me. After a face to face visit in the office, and 2 subsequent interviews, I was hired.
