Was really weird. Got grilled a lot and asked to demo teach in a fixed format they demonstrated first. Asked to interview at their HQ which was very far from any of the outlets you want to actually teach at. Sounded threatening with the 1 month probation period where they don’t even allow you to take classes, you have to prove your worth by performing during your trainings according to their style of teaching. Just seems so exhausting working with them from one interview alone.
