They make you build lego; Looking at the instructions is more important than getting a good time
They were pretty easy going and welcoming. I don't think it's too important to be super qualified for the job because they teach you what you need to know as you go. Just make sure you are clear that you are willing to learn and you follow direction well

Entretien
This company only hires assemblers from its pool of temps. This way they can take the cream of the crop, and they have a good idea of how people work. Mostly the decision is made before they give you a job offer.
