It was one sided with service manager talking and making his own assessment about me without asking questions about my personal skills. The process was dragged out within a course of a month. Majority of dialogue was hearing on how awesome the service manager was, how he has been given power from the owner and how much the owner trusts his judgment. he also made many claims as to how he would improve the entire service department. Overall, the interview process was not bad although I hadn't realized I was dealing with a narcissist. When dealing with someone like this, all I could do was sit there and smile and allow them to feel important.
